"Service was great. Driver did an excellent job and filled every need. I was a bit disappointed in the company though. I prebooked our car, then they cancelled about 12 hours before pickup. I had to rebook at double the cost. I felt it was a bit of a shady move to increase the rate. While the driver was great, the company let me down and I would probably book elsewhere next time."
