"We managed to get an earlier pick up than we booked which was really good as it was a long journey and we didn't have to wait until original time. Lovely cool, smooth, comfortable drive back. The only small things were that I paid £1.50 for SMS confirmation but didn't get one. I couldn't access my e-mails away from home so I printed my initial e-mail and had to ring up to confirm which got a bit confusing."
